They are a very new business with an overall purpose to build an organization to help children in other countries who lack basic resources like education, shelter, and food. They hope to become successful enough to give a child a better perspective on life, to plant a seed of love and give them a sense of belonging. "Years from now we hope to be known as a safety net for humanity, we started with a craft we have grown to love, coffees and drinks. Con Dios por delante, my family and I share a warm welcome to our little dream. Mil Gracias."

Chef De Tea

"I wish to become your sincere guide into the enticing world of tea and food pairings, where history, tradition, and craftsmanship meet modern creativity. Tea is not just a drink—it’s a story in every cup, and I’m here to help you weave it into your daily life.  Great tea should appreciated, some even obsessed with, but should also be approachable."

BabyCakes & Icing

BabyCakes & Icing began as a personal tradition and grew into a passion for creating beautiful cakes and desserts for life’s meaningful moments. As BabyCakes & Icing love for creating continued to grow, they wanted to find a fun, interactive way to share it with others. Okinawan Donut Bar brings that idea to life, serving freshly made fried Okinawan style donuts and introducing guests to Asian-inspired flavors like ube, matcha, pandan, and coconut.

Everything they create is made with care and a love for bringing people together.

Teas From FuJian China

Our tea leaves are hand-picked before QingMing, a traditional Chinese holiday that usually falls on April 4th. This timing ensures we select the most prized tea leaves, harvested at their peak quality.  The roasted tea leaves then await for the Jasmine to bloom in the summer.

Desserts From
Okinawan

Okinawan donuts are known as Sata Andagi. In the Okinawan language, Sata means sugar and Andagi means deep-fried.

Unlike traditional Western-style donuts, Sata Andagi is made without yeast, giving each donut a crisp exterior and a deliciously cake-like center. As they fry, the donuts naturally crack open to create a little “smile.”
