CHAU Coffee

Hi everyone, it's Leo, the Founder of Châu Coffee. Named after my family, I wanted to share the elements of what I love about my family's culture and ethos and inject it into every bag of beans, every cup of coffee, and every interaction we have at Châu Coffee.

After a decade-plus career in the corporate world, I wanted to create something that builds community, promotes togetherness, and encourages us to be present with one another and with our surroundings.

Sidecar Doughnuts & Coffee

Here at Sidecar, we infuse an exciting, soulful energy into the art of doughnut making, and stand by our commitment to serve the World’s Freshest Doughnuts! We believe that the only way to enjoy a doughnut is hot and fresh, paired with the perfect cup of coffee, and served with a smile. We make our doughnuts daily, from scratch, using only the finest ingredients possible, and prepare as much as we can in house.

Azure Coffee Roaster

Azure Coffee Roasters was created by two coffee friends who believe in the passion of giving to others while enjoying the simplicity of a really good cup of coffee.

We started our small batch specialty coffee roasting company in August 2023 while running a coffee pop up inside MNML golf store in Redondo Beach, CA.  Former Blue Bottler and now co-owners Saki and Sean are dedicated coffee drinkers, roasters, and also offer coffee classes for devoted home baristas in Los Angeles, CA.

TeAmi

I wish to become your sincere guide into the enticing world of tea and food pairings, where history, tradition, and craftsmanship meet modern creativity. Tea is not just a drink—it’s a story in every cup, and I’m here to help you weave it into your daily life.  Great tea should appreciated, some even obsessed with, but should also be approachable.

Beckers Bakery

Beckers Bakery was established in 1942 by Harry Becker. Since then, the business has stayed in the family and been passed down three generations.

In 1958 Harry's son Stan took over and specialized in Squaw bread which we still serve today. Then in 1984 Stan's son Todd took over and added a deli. Todd's daughter Kit joined the fun in 2015 and is now officially running the bakery marking the first time a female has taken the helm. Go Kit!

High-mountain tea gardens

Then fate introduced to the world of hand-picked, small batch crafted teas – and I was utterly captivated.  Seduced by their complex flavors, breathtaking tea mountains, and dedicated growers, pickers, and masters behind every leaf.

Uganadan, Brazilian and
Columbian Coffee

We would like to showcase our Uganda Sipi Falls, which is an anaerobic natural that I am roasting fairly light which has beautiful notes of chocolate and strawberry from the smell to the taste.

Indonesia Coffee

We'd like to feature our Golden Bean Award-Winning House Blend, Indonesia Single Origin and a rare coffee (these rotate seasonally). Our brand was founded by an artist with the goal of infusing the same level of craft and attention to detail into coffee as he does into his creative pursuits.

Costa Rica, Gesha, Anaerobic Coffee

Our goal is to present coffee as the wonderfully tricky little cherry that it is. An ingriedent, a harvest, a crop. Everything we do from packaging to branding to marketing is simple. We don’t want to distract you from the coffee in your mug, or the hardworking people who grew it. Our coffee is traceable, ethically sourced, high quality and very natural.
