Azure Coffee Roaster
Azure Coffee Roasters was created by two coffee friends who believe in the passion of giving to others while enjoying the simplicity of a really good cup of coffee.

Azure started a small batch specialty coffee roasting company in August 2023 while running a coffee pop up inside MNML golf store in Redondo Beach, CA. Former Blue Bottler and now co-owners Saki and Sean are dedicated coffee drinkers, roasters, and also offer coffee classes for devoted home baristas in Los Angeles, CA.
TeAmi
Chef de Tea is excited to become your sincere guide into the enticing world of tea and food pairings, where history, tradition, and craftsmanship meet modern creativity. Tea is not just a drink—it’s a story in every cup. Great tea should appreciated, some even obsessed with, but should also be approachable.

High-mountain tea gardens
Then fate introduced to the world of hand-picked, small batch crafted teas – and I was utterly captivated. Seduced by their complex flavors, breathtaking tea mountains, and dedicated growers, pickers, and masters behind every leaf.

Vietnam
The majority of coffee grown in Vietnam is cultivated by smallholder farms, averaging 1-3 hectares each, and the farmers usually do not process their own coffee, but instead sell their red cherry to "wet mills", who process the coffee for export.

Colombia Sidra
Sidra also sometimes referred to as Sydra or Bourbon Sidra is a rare Arabica varietal that has shared the spotlight on the world stage with highly coveted exotics lIke Geisha and Sudan Rume However. its origins aren't well-documented and attempts to decipher its genetics have led to contrasting results. Many agree that Sidra was first developed in Ecuador and shares a sweet cup profile comparable to Ethiopian landrace varietals
bursting with tropical fruit, blueberry, and vanilla notes

Costa Rica, Gesha, Anaerobic Coffee
Our goal is to present coffee as the wonderfully tricky little cherry that it is. An ingriedent, a harvest, a crop. Everything we do from packaging to branding to marketing is simple. We don’t want to distract you from the coffee in your mug, or the hardworking people who grew it. Our coffee is traceable, ethically sourced, high quality and very natural.
