Tea Ami

I wish to become your sincere guide into the enticing world of tea and food pairings, where history, tradition, and craftsmanship meet modern creativity. Tea is not just a drink—it’s a story in every cup, and I’m here to help you weave it into your daily life.  Great tea should appreciated, some even obsessed with, but should also be approachable.

We proudly work with farm-direct producers to ensure ethical practices and quality in every cup. It’s not just about cutting out the middleman; it’s about building real relationships with the people who grow our coffee and paying them what they’re worth.

Das Güd Coffee

Roasting was always something I wanted to do, but I never thought I'd be able to until I actually owned a shop. But somehow God blessed me again even when I thought things were just going downhill.  And after 8 years of up and down in the coffee industry thinking that I would never make a career out of it, Here I am. Sourcing the green coffee, roasting it to my desired profile, creating my own espresso parameters, brewing it the way I like it.

LU'UM

LU'UM Coffee Roasters, tucked away in the city of Lomita, is focused on sourcing unique, single-origin coffees from around the world, each with its own distinct flavor profiles. The name "LU'UM" comes from the Mayan language of the Yucatan peninsula and means "land" or "soil." This name reflects our mission: to explore the various regions where passionate individuals cultivate coffee, aiming to showcase their unique compounds and flavor notes. After years of personally roasting coffee for my own enjoyment, our goal is to share the unique coffee cultivated from this land we call Earth, allowing people to discover the enjoyment we've found. Cheers!

First Flight Coffee

First Flight Coffee draws its name from the owner’s husband, an aircraft mechanic whose passion for planes, combined with their shared love for coffee, inspired the brand. The phrase “first flight” is commonly used in aviation to describe the day’s very first departure—an important flight that sets the tone for every one that follows. In the same way, First Flight Coffee is dedicated to providing exceptional coffee, warm service, and a memorable experience to help set the tone for your day.

Beckers Bakery

Beckers Bakery was established in 1942 by Harry Becker. Since then, the business has stayed in the family and been passed down three generations.

In 1958 Harry's son Stan took over and specialized in Squaw bread which we still serve today. Then in 1984 Stan's son Todd took over and added a deli. Todd's daughter Kit joined the fun in 2015 and is now officially running the bakery marking the first time a female has taken the helm. Go Kit!

High-mountain tea gardens

Then fate introduced to the world of hand-picked, small batch crafted teas – and I was utterly captivated.  Seduced by their complex flavors, breathtaking tea mountains, and dedicated growers, pickers, and masters behind every leaf.

Costa Rica, Gesha, Anaerobic Coffee

Our goal is to present coffee as the wonderfully tricky little cherry that it is. An ingriedent, a harvest, a crop. Everything we do from packaging to branding to marketing is simple. We don’t want to distract you from the coffee in your mug, or the hardworking people who grew it. Our coffee is traceable, ethically sourced, high quality and very natural.
